  • Our office frequently order from this place for lunch. I finally decided to treat my family out and give them a try. The waitress was nice and the ambience was alright. We ordered 10 dishes for our family of six and were excited to try their foods. 15 minutes after placing our order, my children excitedly pointed out that the waitress has our foods, only to pass us up for a couple who came in after us. They ordered the same common dishes (fried rice and Pad Thai), so no reason why they got theirs first. Our foods finally arrived, but one plate at a time with few minutes in between. To top off this poor experience, my son was still waiting for his order after everyone were full. Ocha management: the proper etiquette was to bring the entree at once, so everyone can eat together.
