My wife went there 3 times, and they couldn't figure out whether or not we had a copay. When my wife tried to sort it out on the phone, they put her on hold for 45 minutes, and then hung up on her twice, before finally she got a manager on the phone.
She also got a test done and rather than tell her the result over the phone, they made her come into the office to get it, and then billed her for the 30 second visit.
I'm shocked they're still in business with this many horror stories. I wish I'd checked Yelp earlier!
