  • Like many other people have mentioned, Bob is the man!! I used to live a mile away from here, and I would go through the drive through about 5:30 am every morning, and we would get to chat since it was usually empty. He's genuinely a pleasure to talk to, and always leaves me smiling! At one point, the drive through line was long (right around 8:50 AM, prime coffee time), so I went inside to get my drinks. He actually saw me and made a point to wave at me and say he missed me in the drive through line! That's great customer service, and I always try to go to that location when I can!
