  • I hope this review does Briana the justice she deserves. I just cannot say enough good things about her and The Brazill Team Real Estate. I started working with Briana in November 2015 looking for a new home in expectation of my daughter's arrival. From day one Briana was so warm, welcoming and professional. I gave her my criteria for my home search and my budget and the only thing she said was "no problem." Nearly every day I received an email for new listing and was in contact with Briana to check out properties. She was so accommodating of my hectic schedule and was able to meet me early morning and later at night, always with a smile. I had about 3 "almost" homes with something on my end falling through and Briana just kept right up with my, sending more listing and telling me that the right place just wasn't available yet. Briana never failed in her optimism and professionalism, it felt like she was in it with me for the long haul and was just as invested in finding me the perfect home as I was in finding that perfect home. If it weren't for her encouraging words there were many times when I would have just called it quits and stuck it out in another cramped apartment. I'm happy to say with Briana's diligence we finally found out dream home and will be moving in March 1st. It's the perfect place to welcome my first child with room to grow. I look forward to continuing to work with Briana and recommending her to anyone and everyone in the Las Vegas and Henderson Valley. She is absolutely someone that can be trusted to get the job done. Whether it be renting, buying or selling I can't imagine there is anyone out there with her level of professionalism and caring attitude.
