  • I just finished my massage here and am highly dissatisfied. The person who administered my massage arrived late and was playing on her phone for half the massage and would occasionally stop to text. At the end of the massage, they demanded a $10 tip and said that I owed more. I paid the minimum $20 plus $2 even though she didn't deserve the tip at all. I gave $5 in addition to the $20 and said I'm leaving and they requested more. The practices appear to be unsanitary and unconventional. She touched my face without washing her hands and the bucket with which I soaked my feet in was very dirty as well. They are scamming people if they refuse to let you leave without paying their ridiculous mandatory tip.
