As Mirage said.. memories fade--for them maybe. Mine has not. Almost a year later and I still remember how horrible this company was to deal with. As I said, my problem was not with Raul. It was with Kevin.
An employee yelling at a customer and hanging up on them for no good reason is completely unacceptable. Not apologizing for this in their response just makes their company look worse. This is a reoccurring theme with many reviews of Mirage Limo with regards to Kevin.
Mirage gives poor customer service and they asked me if I would remove this review in return of something. I asked for a partial refund as I feel I deserved that for such poor service. A company willing to do so shows they are trying to better their customer service. However they were unwilling.
In all honesty I would rather keep this review and have future bride & grooms read this, and save themselves the unnecessary stress and headache Mirage will give them. Trust me you do not want this company on your wedding day!
Just to clarify, the kids DID NOT ride to the wedding on the bus. They all squished in the limo with their parents way past capacity.
