  • The owners are great and the first few times here my nails were fantastic. Long lasting and really overall great. However they hired new people and the lady I got was terrible. No customer service I don't even think she knew my name. She took 2x as long as the owner sitting next to me. He got through 2 customers while I was still getting my nails done. And I got them done on Tuesday by Saturday they were ruined and now I have to get them re done a week later. Waste of money and time. I would expect this from a cheap chop shop nail place. Not an appointment only expensive nail salon. Bottom line only make appts with the owner
