| - As much as I heart going to the spas at the likes of Red Rock & South Point, it's difficult to justify over $100-$200 each time. Especially when I don't always use the additional facilities. Yet, I'm not willing to compromise on where I get my massages by going someplace sketchy. Enter: Elements Massage - Rhodes Ranch! While still new, the experience was flawless. I was warmly greeted then my therapist, Cecilia- who was also lovely- fetched me for my 60min hot stone massage. She was engaged in our brief consult; which, while I rarely have anything profound to say, was encouraging. Here, rather than a locker room, you disrobe (& re-dress) in your treatment room. Honestly, I'd prefer this 93% of the time at the spas instead of an ill-fitting robe & pair of sandals! Being a lover of hot stone massages, I ended up (willingly) being this new location's hot stone guinea pig, if you will. I'd recently suffered a hike descent & then a stair descent injury (yes, I'm a klutz) to my leg & both feet, so I was hoping this massage would boost my mood & recovery. I am a hot stone snob... Cecilia did an incredible job! I've never had the stones used on my face & scalp! I felt the results on my leg & feet immediately upon getting dressed & found myself able to walk with less discomfort & without a limp. Equally important, my spirits were lifted, after 3wks of misery. During checkout, I worked with the manager, Terry, who was friendly & knowledgeable & whose customer service was superior... because of the quality staff & massage, I chose to sign up for the membership. While not required, it's a membership that actually makes sense... it's not even a little bit of a ripoff. I'm already eagerly anticipating my next appointment with Cecilia in 4 weeks! Whoop!
