  • They have regular office hours on the weekends. That right there was enough to get my business because emergency vet visits are always through the roof and my pets refuse to get sick during regular weekday business hours. It is without fail, always a weekend. The place is huge, clean and impressive. The staff was friendly and kind and I didn't have to wait hardly at all. I was treated with compassion and that is huge for me having had devastating news delivered coldly with a different animal hospital. This was my first visit and my puppy was sent home with meds that I'm hopeful will make her better and it didn't break my bank at all. (One poster said something about $150 rabies shot, and it's listed on my sheet here as $15, so I don't know what that's about.) So as with any doctor or business, time will tell how good they really are, but they definitely gave me a 5 star first impression. Dr. Ackerman was who I saw, btw. Excellent appointment with a great lady.
