Here's the list......over past year.
I moved/retired here a year ago.
Last year, my mail was returned to the Bay Area. It took several on line and in person corrections to correct it.
Last September I watched one employee who does the passport applications yell, walk behind and berate an older woman customer in her late 70's.
I had a male supervisor refuse to give me the exact form I requested to get my address change corrected. After waiting another 90 minutes, I had a woman supervisor provide me immediately with the form I needed. I asked her why the other guy couldn't. She said she couldn't speak for him. Two weeks later I was receiving mail again.
I'd say half the time I've visited even the other day, I see customers just get treated like dog do do.
Oh, there's a not on the door that you can't process passports because your equipment is broke. You probably broke it intentionally. Lol.
Unfortunately we, the public need you to deliver our mail but I went 99% paperless because of this office. I had important documents delivered open to me during the time of my trying to purchase a house.
Anyhow, for anyone planning on any visit to this post office.....this is NOT the postal office I enjoyed going to with my parents or grandparents. I remember giving gifts at Christmas time to our postal delivery guy back in the Bay Area as a young kid.
Try being nicer to people.
