rev:text	I've come here a few times and it just keeps getting worse. I only visit when I crave flavoured tapioca, however after last nights experience, I'm never coming back. The cashier got my order wrong and punched in the bigger size (that's ok, people make mistakes). I asked for a Coconut Milk Tea with taro tapioca, 70% sugar and no ice. I had only noticed the wrong size when the other employee was already making my drink, oh well no big deal. I also noticed that the guy only gave me half a scoop of tapioca, HALF A SCOOP. It looked like there was even less in my cup than in a small size my friend got. I mentioned that to the employee and asked if he could put a bit more in (unreasonable? I don't think so...). The SASSS that the guy gave me after I made the small request. Never have I been given so much attitude over a scoop of tapioca... I swear if he smashed my finished drink down any harder on the table it would've popped and exploded. Unbelievable. The drink itself taste like 150% sugar, all powder and no milk (I know they make a lot of flavours out of powder but this taste equivalent to drinking a cup of sugar and under-watered Ovaltine). I couldn't even bring it back because it got so busy just as we received our drinks. They are also very inconsistent with the texture of the tapioca, mine was clearly overcooked last night. It was extremely mushy with no chew. I was so disappointed. It's also pretty over-priced, I'd rather spend the money at a chain with demonstrated consistency in service and beverage quality. Like I said, I'm never coming back and will probably have to go to OneZo to satisfy my taro tapioca cravings...
