  • I had someone (who was not a Lash Lounge employee) put extensions on me from their home after she assured me she was really good and knew what she was doing. She applied them absolutely wrong, leaving the extensions and my natural lashes stabbing me in the eye. I called Lash Lounge and spoke to Amy who explained to me that the shop was closed for the day. She could tell I was upset, so she so kindly went in on her day off and took care of me. She removed the poorly done extensions, and did it so well none of my natural lashes were harmed! I can't thank her enough. They seem to truly care about the customers and that is nice to see. I'll be back to have my extensions done RIGHT!
