| - I am following up to express my dissatisfaction with this entire situation and Metro Honda. The lack of communication during my entire purchase and finance process has been very disappointing, and I feel I did not receive the answers to my questions which I have spelled out in numerous emails. We're talking bullet points and simple ass questions here, to which I received misspelled, capitalized, one-line answers that don't make sense or answer me in the slightest.
The fact that Metro Honda still has not sent information to American Honda Financing or the DMV at this point is ludicrous; I BOUGHT THIS CAR IN FEBRUARY and it is now APRIL. I know for a fact that it does not take this length of time to send paperwork to the DMV or their financing company, and I should not have been inconvenienced by having to come into the dealership to make my first payment due to Metro Honda not doing their part. I've had to check up on this paperwork multiple times, isn't that someone's job that I'm doing for them? I'm still dealing with my car's registration and transferring plates; no one at Metro Honda has been helpful at all with this issue, and the fact that this is being taken care of only after my plate expires is a testament to how this entire dealership is run - in another time zone entirely. I'm risking a big, fat ticket every time I drive because they haven't done their part. And I paid them to transfer my plate!
I've spent far too much of my own time trying to get answers to my questions, make payments on this car, on hold with the DMV, and going back and forth with both my car insurance and Metro Honda's title clerk. I am now paying late fees to the DMV to transfer my plate because no one started this process when I purchased this vehicle in February. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and care at Metro Honda. It's clear that numbers and profit are the focus and not the customer, which is a shame, because they've lost me as one.
