  • I have lived next door to this McDonalds for almost 3 years. The location is very convenient for me, but I think this particular franchise is poorly run. Orders are frequently wrong, or are not well made. Staff is not properly trained on how to work the alternate-drive-thru lanes. Maybe the employees are not paid well enough? I suspect there is a high turnover of staff, and maybe this could be contributing to their problems.
