This review is for the Friday night seafood buffet. $31.99 for subpar food. Before the renovation, the price was cheaper and the food was so much better. King crab was also on the seafood buffet, but not anymore.
The crab legs were so skinny like the Chinese food buffet and the meat did not come out in 1-piece. No matter what you did, the meat kept breaking apart and stuck in the shell. The oysters had quite a bit of shell in the meat. Luckily the crawfish was huge and the dungenous crab was pretty good.
Prime rib was non existent but roast beef was on the menu. When the prime rib did come out, it looked very dry and unappealing. Everything else was just "average."
If you are charging $31.99 premium price for a seafood buffet dinner, the food better be up to par with the price that is charged.
Unfortunately, you are paying for their renovations with a lower quality food product than when it was the French Market Buffet.
Sadly I uses to love this buffet, but now I will never frequent this place as the quality has gone downhill. The breakfast buffet is just as bad. Please make the necessary changes if you want to charge strip buffet prices.
