  • We were referred to poolman by my in laws. We've had them for a month and it's been nothing but disorganization and miscommunication. First, they charged us for the top package when we only wanted their basic, $45/month as opposed to $110/mo. Then the guy who came to install the salt pump forgot to turn off the backwash knob and completely flooded our backyard, driveway and down the sidewalk of our house. Then we noticed our pool was accumulating algae so we called and asked when someone was coming out and they said someone had already been out which was a lie because our tablet bucket was empty and I have camera system which showed no one had come out. They did send someone the next day only to find out the pump we've had all along was a chlorine pump and not a salt pump!?! Mind you, we've had their service for only about a month now. Someone is supposed to come out and fix that but here we are almost a week later and we're still to receive a call about the pump. I am canceling their service. Far too many mishaps within a month. I'm a very understanding person and everyone's actually been really nice but for this many mistakes/"misunderstandings" in such a short time. Not a good impression. I'm only giving 1 star and that's just because people have been nice.
