  • Horrible service, my internet is a joke, I have to reboot daily in order to connect and then the speed is awful and I had the premium package, they have replaced the modem already but it didn't help with the connectivity, I have one year left on my agreement and then I'm switching to direct tv, it's worth the extra money to not have to deal with all the frustration of Cox cable, Internet and phone service!
