  • We bought several mattresses from Brooklyn Bedding. We buy upper end mattresses. We rotate monthly as instructed, and over the past couple of months, we noticed imperfections in the mattress. Divots were evident causing extreme back pain when awakening. We asked Brooklyn Bedding to come out and evaluate which they did. The inspector noted there were imperfections with the mattress and made the notations on his report. When we called for a follow up, we were told nothing was wrong with the mattress, but yet, every morning, back pain is terrible. When we purchased the mattress a year and a half ago we were told it would last at least 8 years. We have been receiving the run around from them since we asked for an evaluation. This has been the worst experience we've ever encountered with a retailer. Their claim to fame is everything is made in Arizona, looks like their customer service is overseas'
