| - Late last year my family and I were contemplating a move from Hawaii to Arizona. In a addition to moving out of our house, coordinating shipment of household goods, personal items, 2 cars, 2 dogs, a husband, and a daughter, I had to try to find us someplace new to call home. We were moving to Gilbert sight unseen. By chance, I came across the Mark Taylor properties, and was immediately interested in both Redstone and Vistara. I sent an inquiry, and within the hour I received an email and a call from Jessica W. She was courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. Between the beautiful pictures, the reasonable rent, and the service I received from Jessica, I knew I didn't need to look any further. The stress and sadness of leaving our home, great jobs, all of our friends and family, was somehow made just a little bit easier when we thought of the beautiful, brand new apartment we were heading to.
Actually living here has been even better than we imagined. Our 2 bedroom apartment is gorgeous, and comfortable. The pool, which we visit daily, is sparkling and cool. The gym is kept immaculate, and the equipment is state of the art. The property is gated, which makes us feel safe in our new environment, and the grounds are well maintained. Jessica W., along with Tamara, and the rest of the office staff couldn't be more friendly, and helpful. The staff knows us by name, and genuinely cares about our experience as residents.
If you're considering Vistara, don't be discouraged by the ongoing construction. We never hear any noise, and we've never been inconvenienced. There's a part of me that wants to keep Vistara our little secret. Right now, we're 1 of maybe 30 families that's living on the property; we have the amenities and the attention of the staff all to ourselves. However, my daughter would probably like someone to hang out with at the pool besides us, and being new to Arizona, my husband and I wouldn't mind making a few new friends. If you're nice, you should move to Vistara. We can't wait to meet you!
