rev:text	I recommend staying away from this place. Took 7 hours to get an engine flush and oil change, and I kept getting strung along with inaccurate time estimates. Whatever good they used to do, seems to have changed dramatically. Chris was the one mechanic I trusted, and helped me out when there was a big misunderstanding in the hundreds of dollars. Now the last two visits here, I bring my car in somewhat early (9am) and wait 3 hours to hear from one of the mechanics about how I need hundreds of dollars of repairs, this time at $1500. I go fine, let's do what's the most necessary today, replacing some sensors, overdue oil change, engine flush. Quoted at $350. Told by the mechanic that it's about 2 hours to finish. Now at 330pm, I come back because the receptionist told me it's be 20 more minutes over the phone. I come around, and see my car parked in the back. I talk to the mechanic that was on the phone with me, he tells me he fixed two sensors, and one was the wrong one and the driver is on his way to with the correct part. I ask, what has been done so far, and he tells me the oil has been changed. I tell him, it's been 6.5 hours, I'm not waiting anymore, since this was my experience the last two times. He goes fine, I'll bring the car out front. He brings it into the bay, and changes the oil in front of me! I ask him if he just changed my oil and he said yes he changed it again because it was still dirty. Great. Ended up leaving at 430, spent 7 hours getting an oil change and engine flush, and waiting extra because the new girl told me to wait for my paperwork even though it was on the top of the pile. Integrity has been lost, as has been this customer.
