I ordered a birthday gift from this company on Amazon. After 12 days the item was shipped (although it was recorded on Amazon as being shipped the day after ordering - i.e. they printed the shipping label, but did not ship it).
Turns out the item was not stock although it was stated as in stock, but they process orders as they come in so I may have missed my opportunity for the item (which would have been fine had anyone advised me of this - instead I had to go through Amazon to find out where the item was after the receipt window of 10 days past the order being shipped had closed - of course if all you do is print the label and not ship it, I am not sure how you can tell Amazon you shipped it).
After leaving negative feedback on Amazon, I was contacted to try and do something to remove the negative feedback (simply the facts, and accurate). Where was this concern when I asked why my order had not shipped to begin with? This company offered to forego their 50% restocking fee (I was upset enough by the process to want to return the item) if I would remove the negative feedback (again, feedback was 100% accurate, but not quite complete now as I was not able to address the option of a 100% refund ONLY if I remove the negative feedback). Such "gracious" service which in no way makes this situation any better - they are 100% whole and I had nothing for two weeks except misinformation.
It makes me wonder about a company who does business this way. I wish I had read the other comments here before purchasing anything from them on Amazon.
