  • Got to the Bell Rd location as soon as the store opened in the morning. The salesman was friendly and helped us choose a great king mattress set. When it was time to schedule delivery we were told it would be 2 days. I mentioned that the website said same day delivery and he looked at me like I was nuts to even ask and said there was no way possible. Then, when the mattress was delivered, we were told they couldn't take our old mattress because there wasn't room on the truck. How can there be no room for a queen size mattress in the truck when a king size mattress and box spring had just come off the truck?? That part of the deal was not at all cool, but the mattress itself is awesome.
