  • I have been coming to this location for 8 years and I will now never return. Doctor Coffman is an amazing doctor, I only wish I could say the same about their staff. I made a same day appt online to come in for an eye infection. I was running behind and called to let them know and ask if I could still come in. The lady I spoke with said yes that's fine as long as you are in by 140. The parking lot was full but I parked and ran in. I came in at 141 and they refused to see me. This was incredibly infuriating. ONE MINUTE ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? My eye is incredibly irritated, swollen and leaking puss. I asked if he could just write me a script so I could get some form of relief and they still denied me. The lady who I spoke with on the phone was ridiculously rude. She looked at me and said "sorry sweetie, I said by 140." I've never been treated with such horrible customer service. I will NEVER return!!!!!
