  • They damaged my rim, I just bought this truck 2 weeks ago and wheels were wobbling because weights fell off, called them I told them, they said bring it in. I did BUT because I didn't make an appointment they made me wait 4 hours to rebalance my wheels ...plus to return my truck which grease all over wheels and door handle the tech jumped in my truck like it was his and drove 13 miles in to see if they were balanced correctly WTF.. I could've let them know that.. this place has horrible customer service wouldn't go there again, I'm trying to get the damaged address to wheel now. I've completely molested after this, don't even want the truck anymore. That's how serious I am about this. I paid good money for this truck and to be treated with such disregard is horrible. I will tell my friends and family plus I work for the city I will make sure I spread the word there as well. Don't even want to give them 1 Star
