  • We have been to O-ku a few times and have always had a great experience, so we thought we'd bring our out of town guests here. This time there was something off from the start. Everything was delayed from our seating to items ordered, items that were ordered were served incorrect, and some items were never served. We asked for the manager and she was amazing. Everyone always has an off day and I want to thank the business for making things right. The way we were treated by management has earned our return business. Definitely the freshest Sushi in Charlotte for even the pickiest of sushi eaters.
