  • On Saturday afternoon Chris, the owner, got me out of a jam. Our kitchen sink was clogged with grease. He diagnosed the problem over the phone, explained what they would do to solve the problem and prevent it from recurring and he provided an estimate. In less than a half hour Keith arrived. He was courteous, pleasant, done in 20 minutes and cleaned up after himself. To my surprise, it cost less than I expected. Thank you Chris.
