I prefer Shoppers over London Drugs however they were sold out of the items I needed. I was in the neighborhood and stopped by this location to grab a couple items from the make-up/skin care section that I was running low on.
I walked around since I have never been to this store and wanted to see what other goodies they had? I was approached by a snarky lady in cosmetics who asked what I was looking for. I advised her I was just looking around. She looked annoyed and just walked back to her station. I took a quick glance but felt I was being watched, not something I particularly like when browsing a store. Being the only one in her area it really felt uncomfortable. Not how I like to be treated.
Instead I chose to just leave cosmetics and decided I would purchase my items elsewhere. Ventured off to the rest of the store and the employees I did encounter in electronics were great. Very helpful. I ended up purchasing another charger that was on sale and left.
My review is for the whole experience. I would give 5 stars to electronics and 1-2 stars for the cosmetic area. The two employees in electronics were great, even when I mentioned I was looking and didn't provide any attitude or made me feel like I was wasting their time.
They have a private lot for parking and it was ample enough even on busy days. They do have some good sales so if you are a London Drugs fan, watch for their flyers. I will stick with Shoppers or another London Drugs location when looking for cosmetics.
