  • This was the worst apartment experience of my entire life! I've lived all across this country and I've never had such a horrible experience. My apartment at move-in was filthy. The AC unit was extremely loud -- I had to turn it off to make a phone call or hear the TV. I couldn't get decent internet service in these old buildings. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My apartment was not inhabitable, yet they tried to charge me for breaking the lease despite them not providing adequate living conditions. What a disgusting complex and disgusting people. Avoid this complex at all costs. For about the same rent I found a much nicer apartment elsewhere and am treated well there. Night and day difference between the new apartment and this pig sty. Don't waste your time or money at Greenspoint!
