This is the third time I've been here. First time I received service right away. The second time I just left because no one ever answered when I pushed the red button. There were no customers at the location and I waited for 15 minutes. Today, the third time, I had to switch parking spots just to be answered. Then, I could hear that I wasn't being paid any attention because the man was messing up my order. Then was asked if my order on the screen was correct. I could not see my order. I went to pay and the balance was jacked by $21. I put my card in and nothing. This place is poorly run and I do not know why management or corporate hasn't stepped in. This is killing the Sonic brand.
