DO NOT ORDER CENTURY LINK!!! This is by far the worst experience we have EVER had with ANY cable tv company! I am so angry at how this hideous company treated my 81 year old mother I could scream! I gave them one star because there was no way to rate them minus one star! My mother had this service for over a year and had to call them at least 30 to 40 times because of terrible connections. Each time they gave her the run around telling her to unplug all equipment, reset the modem etc. etc. When we called they always told us that there was no record of us calling before! I can go on and on about what a horrific experience we had with Century Link but I'm about to blow a gasket in my brain just thinking about it! The grand finale is when we cancelled they were supposed to send us pre paid boxes to send the equipment back. We called numerous times asking them when they would ship us the return box. Finally we hand delivered the equipment to their office on Rainbow and they said we would get a refund check in a few weeks. They shorted my mother over $100 and said the equipment was returned late!
Buyer beware!! This company is a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!
