  • With some negative reviews I've seen, just glad my experience was a good one. They didn't have my car I reserved online but they did upgrade my rental with no cost (for the inconvenient). That to me is a PRIME EXAMPLE of what customer service should be! If this location is trying to revamp their image please make things hassle free like my experience. In and out... Thanks Mr. Muasau
