  • I would have given it negative, not even zero.... but that does not exist in yelp.... bought a house in south lake .... and guess what?.... SW gas charges you a "service establishment" fee ..... FOR WHAT???? no change is made to the meters..... no change is made to the lines.... all that was done is a NAME CHANGE on the address account ..... Oh yes, of course, .... their workers have to come out and read the meter one more time (that was not originally scheduled ... due to the change of ownership ... ) but so what .... they do pay their workers a fixed salary.... don't they?????? I ended up paying $25 more for their BULLSHIT "SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT" fee ..... instead of $5 that I owed for the month I started the service.............. TOTAL BULLSHIT! F$@K them all ... if I could
