  • Incredibly terrible customer service. After calling them three times and being assured that they would take care of the problem and call the tenant at my property. The third person said we don't warranty rental property carpeting and Gee we're really sorry that nobody told you that before! So there's a problem with the carpet but they will not stand behind it!! I will never use them again! Walter
