  • This is a terrible company. They try so hard to put out that really cool, indie tech company image, but it's 100% BS. They rip off their customers, their employees and most of all (the lifeblood of the industry) the independent contractors they rely on to deliver food and make the company money. They regularly raise delivery prices (think Uber Surge) without letting the runners know (not that it matters. None of that money goes to the runner anyway). When you place an order, it will most likely sit for upwards of an hour before they text you back to tell you they can't do it. They have a history of laying people off and closing markets in the middle of the day with no notice to anyone. Their dispatch operates out of Texas, so if you live in Toronto, good luck cause the dumbass 20 year old hipster kids in charge of making sure your delivery makes it to you have never been to this country or have even seen snow before in their lives. They don't even have a working Android app. Any questions directed to management will be ignored for days until they get back to you with a copy and paste template message. No respect at all. Jag Bath is the definition of a parasite.
