  • Horrible! I went in there to get one nail repaired (I currently have UV Gel Nails, and didn't have the time or patience to get it repaired where it was done originally). The nail was done by the owner/manager. She asked me, "all your nails are fake?" They were, and I had asked her to do uv gel on the broken nail. I didn't even mind paying extra, just so everything would be the same. This lady cut my nail down (I told her not to) and then she proceeded to apply this powder to my nail. I know what the difference between gel nail application and acrylic. And I know for sure what was put on my finger nail today was acrylic. She said it was UV gel powder. Wtf? Well anyways, never going back there. I should've went to Pacific Mall, where my nails have always been done. Dont expect much customer service. The employees talking amongst themselves, and a girl was eating about 5 ft away from me, where people's nails were getting done. Gross!
