  • Bottom Line: as a potential brake service customer looking for affordable service, I called the shop. My customer service experience on the phone was with Craig. Although Craig was an adequate customer service phone rep, I ultimately decided to go with another shop because the quote for rear brakes (only) was $225, which was over my budget. I found another shop (as there are many other top rated shops) that met my needs and budget. Good luck on your search!
