  • I want to just make it clear that this review is not location specific. It is about the overall experience I had ordering online from Ashley Home Store. I placed my order the end of March 2018 and had to wait 3 and a half weeks for delivery. Once the drivers arrived, they were missing pieces. Ashley Home did absolutely nothing to accommodate my troubles. I had a son waiting on this bed and just moved into town. They would have not been able to assemble the bed without the missing piece. The drivers were super nice but Ashley Homes as a brand lacks in professionalism and customer service. Do NOT order from this company. You WILL get the run around!
