  • I love this place. The staff is great. Yes there are alot of young people in here, but it's great because they actually climb up and interact with the kids and can help them down. The management isnt young kids they are older very respectable adults. The male manager helped me out when I couldn't find a coupon they had emailed me for my son's birthday. While we were here they had a power outage. Those young employees came in handy because they grabbed flash lights and jetted right up the play structures to help kids get down. I was very impressed with how quickly they reacted. I also love how great their security features are. Everyone gets a band even little babies, and someone is always at the exit gate. The bathrooms are always clean when we are there. I am sure the foods fine, we have never eaten there though. Just bought drinks. My kids go and play for hours at a time. The parents lounge is nice and I feel like j can sit over there and not worry about my kids running out the front door. This place is probably targeted to kids under 12. It's a great place, with lots to do. Kids stay entertained here.
