In response to this review by Taylor C: I was the customer who overheard the nail technician being rude to you. I will not be returning to Plush Nail Bar. I was given fantastic service by a male employee who was respectful and did exactly as I requested. Linda, the owner, may be talented; however, it is clear her customer service skills need work. I was appalled by the way she communicated with you (very rude). She seemed to expect you to know that your request for shorter nails should've been made before she touched them up; she should have double checked with you to make sure the length was comfortable for you without providing her own opinion. Regarding your request to change from a gel manicure to acrylic, I cannot believe she made you feel guilty about that multiple times! Most, nail salons have several technicians that can give acrylics- its surprising that she continued to bring it up. The salon should not expect clients to know these things, nor should they make the customer feel uncomfortable through such unacceptable behavior. I am so sorry your experience was so horrible- I will not be returning as a result of her unsightly behavior toward you. They have lost my business because the owner does not understand that this type of business is mostly about pleasing the customer without grudging and complaining! You are paying them to complete services to your liking- not theirs! I also witnessed other staff being rude to other customers. I would give my manicurist an A+, but I will be going elsewhere because of the actions of the other staff members.
