  • I live in Gilbert so I was excited to find out they were opening up a location downtown. My family and I went for a late lunch on 02/19 and it wasn't what I expected. The food was good but the service was not. I am not harping on the wait time I know going in I am going to have to wait a good hour or so, but the service could have been so much better. While eating lunch I witnessed 3 customers approach the manager to make a complaint and that was in an hour time frame so just imagine what a day looks like.
