We stopped taking Buster here some time ago for day care after he was bit by another dog. In the explanation given we were told the other dog was an employee's dog who had "aggression issues" but not to worry because the employee was leaving the job in another week. It raised concerns for me such as why they would allow a dog with "aggression issues" in as most places have screenings set up to ensure that dogs with similar temperaments are put together as well as what their worker per dog ratio was. I've since learned upon taking him to other places that the norm is take dogs out in small "play groups" of up to 5 or 6 dogs, and that they try to match the dogs with similar personalities-I'm not sure that AZ Pet Resort did this. Another concern was that he often came back from day care with a cough he didn't have before going, and I once witnessed one of the workers yelling at him to sit. There was one worker I really liked, I believe her name was Kara (?) I was sorry to leave her as I feel she really enjoyed being with my dog, however I just didn't feel comfortable taking him there anymore.
