No cream and sugar needed --it's really that good. Today I took a chance on the latest new coffee shop in our neighborhood. I was originally put off because the place looked so modern and beautiful that I thought it could possibly be a kind of a corporate coffee shop. It was actually the opposite. I love my coffee, and I try to spread my love and business among all of the wonderful coffee shops on Madison's isthmus.
I tried something called a lab series coffee. They call it the El Salvador fermentation experiment. It was manually brewed so it water was poured over the ground coffee beans into a small picture. This coffee has such low acidity, that I could enjoy it without the use of any cream or sugar. It also had some serious kick to it being a lightly roasted Bean. My hands were shaking for about a half hour after I drink the coffee.
Bottom line, these people are coffee Chemists, they know what they're doing, and it's definitely worth checking out.
