  • The reason i give this review is because of the amazing customer service this studio has provided. Upon arrival, checking in was easy & relaxing. My massage therapist was not the "perfect" match for me, however i am a bit picky & currently on the search for my perfect therapist. She did give me recommendations & let me know what she noticed about my muscles. Checking out was easy as well- i had a Groupon which they were able to look up without me even giving it to them. No pressure to sign up for their Wellness Program. The reason for my review is the manager/owner Mike, who called me to be sure i was completely satisfied with my experience & apologized that my therapist wasn't a great match. The effort they put to be sure their clients are happy goes a long way. Also- signing up for their program is a nice way to "treat" yourself at least once a month.
