  • I was out of my coverage area with my HMO, so I needed to find a doctor's office that could treat my problem AND wasn't too expensive. I had a wonderful experience and found Dr. Smith took his time, really listened and seemed to actually care. I had a problem later at the pharmacy with my prescription (pharmacy's fault). I was really worried because normally with my HMO that can take at least 24 hours to get sorted out. But Rocky River really went above and beyond and got it sorted out for me. I will absolutely use them again if needed and highly recommend!
