  • So I bought a used vehicle. I've emailed Jason (salesperson) twice about concerns I had and never received any response. Also, they never called me to tell me the green slip was ready, so when I tried to register the car I couldn't. I called and was told the person who handles the green slips was "unavailable" and I had to wait for a call back. John called me back and said they would fax the green slip to the DMV. 30 minutes later, they still hadn't faxed it over. The lady at the DMV took pity on me and allowed me to register the car anyway. I guess once they had my money, and because I didn't buy a brand new Mini, they have washed their hands of me. I can't wait to refinance my car so I won't have any more connections to Mini or BMW. Only positives I can report is I do like the car, and the finance person was very helpful.
