  • Went into this office about a month ago as a cash pay patient. The visit cost me $200 and when labs had to be ordered, I asked how much they would cost so I could prepare. The woman at the office told me it would cost $75 for labs because they would send it off to a "cheaper" lab to try and save me some money. When the results came back, they wouldn't give me them over the phone. They required I come back in to have them tell me any information. When I got there, I was charged $125 to have a conversation that could have been done over the phone. Three weeks later, I get a bill in the mail from the lab for two tests costing me a total of $500!!! I just called them and asked for a prescription for birth control and they told me I have to come in and talk to the doctor, AGAIN. Costing another $125. You are never allowed to speak with the doctor over the phone, you must come in every time, even if you just want to ask a question. Although the doctor is very friendly, I am having my records transferred because this place doesn't seem to care about anything but money. I could understand if I hadn't been there in 6 months, but I was just there 2 weeks ago. If you are cash pay, I would recommend looking elsewhere for your medical needs.
