| - Some of the African American women at this location need to be properly trained. They are socially inept and shouldn't be dealing with the public. Every visit is the same; unpleasant, rude, and bad attitudes. Always self absorbed and care less about making your situation/experience less stressful. I'm an African American male; so it's upsets me to write this. First, I placed an order online and after noticing the new address wasn't updated in my order confirmation info I went to UPS webpage and changed it. Thought that would fix it, and I'd receive it as scheduled on Thu-9/10. But somehow they gave it to USPS which changed it to Sat-9/12. I'm checking the status per my USPS app, and set it to alert me by text on all transactions with this parcel; I didn't; and have never received 1 message! It is now Mon-9/14, and I call USPS on Mnt. Vista and get a female clerk who's telephone etiquette is that of a slow hot dog vendor; was only helpful enough to inform me that it was in fact at the equally; if not worst, Vegas Valley USPS. So, now I'm trying to talk to this one; but she's cutting me off mid-sentence while I'm attempting to explaining my situation(s). All she wanted to know was what time did it showed on my end that it arrived at they're location; so she could shut down my request to stop delivery in order for me pick it up myself. And told me they can't; even if it hadn't left, stop delivery of a truck & put a hold on my one package (so, if you have medicine delivered; I suggest you look into this or if anybody knows this to be true or not please inform me). Then ended the call with the friendliest closing she could muster up..."mm-hmm"!!! Now I've called in late for work; just so I can be here and receive this package. Every since I've caught one of these drivers writing a "WE MISSED YOU" note , to stick in my mailbox after loading the mailboxes, instead of bring packages sitting right next to him to my apt, I'll never trust USPS and recommend others don't either. Especially during high volume promo sales weekends.
