  • I am upset that I did not visit this place earlier! First point of major excitement (at least for my household) is the fact that they sell British bacon. As someone who has dated an expat for years I can attest to how difficult it is to source this item without paying exorbitant shipping costs. The owner greeted us as we were browsing and took us through all the meats and sauces they have for sale. It is sourced locally and organically when possible and is vacuum sealed to ensure freshness for as long as possible. Other than bacon we purchased two sirloin filets which the owner gave me some great advice on how to cook. As much as I love steak cooking filet has always been a challenge for me but these two came out beautifully! Since the filets were on a 15% off special it came to about $22 for both. A little pricy but really only a couple dollars more per steak than a grocery store and much better quality. I will definitely be back for my proteins for special occasion meals, and I am sure the boyfriend will go frequently for the bacon!
