  • We have been to Sapporo's many times in the past but this was the first time in a few years (we have young children now and rarely get out). We usually have a great experience but last night was terrible. He took forever for our order to be taken. Half way through the meal the waitress asked if I would like another drink, I said yes, she never brought it, I never saw her again until the bill came. I ordered the Fillet and Shrimp. The Shrimp was overcooked and had a burnt taste. We both ordered Fillet and wanted it cooked Medium. Medium is a warm pink center. Both our steaks were WELL DONE, like rubber. Our steaks were the last meat to be cooked out of everything else the cook was preparing. I really think he forgot about them. By the time we started eating the steak he was already cleaned up and gone. Usually the cook is so engaging and energetic, and fun, but he was mildly fun, nothing special, definitely nothing memorable like every other time we have dined with you. We both left so disappointed. I'm sure this is not usually the case but last night it was.
