  • Need some minus stars here. Lots of them. Two YEARS worth. They cannot provide the service they claim to offer, forget about honest speeds, copper based service is interrupted by an outage every couple months, takes days to get it back, customer service is clueless, and basically nobody cares. And yes, they will raise your rates without warning, even though they have zero plans for ever upgrading their 50-year old dilapidated infrastructure. If finding a reliable ISP is hell, this company is Satan.
